Ordering
Info:
Website Orders:
-Orders can be placed through our site 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. All orders placed by 4:30p.m. eastern standard time, Monday
through Friday will be processed same day.
Fax and Phone Orders:
- You may place a order by phone Monday-Friday 10 A.M. - 5 P.M.
E.S.T. by calling (386) 597-1033.
- You may not place an
order via fax at this time unless we have your credit card on file.
International Orders:
-We do not accept international orders
at this time.
Method of Payment:
-All Orders must be paid in full
before shipment.
-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
-Check/Money Order (order will not ship until check/money order
clears)
-Pay Pal (confirmed address only, unless prior arrangements are
made.)
Back Orders:
-All items will be shipped when
available. If an item is not in stock we will ship when the item
becomes available. In the event that this happens we will contact
you via e-mail or phone within 24 hours to let you know about the
backorder, and give you an estimated arrival time. We will cancel
the order at your instructions if you so chose within 24 hours of
placing your order, after 24 hours a 10% cancellation fee will be
charged. RevLine Customs cannot and will not be held responsible for
delays out of our control.
Shipment:
-Due to our large selection of products we nor our distributors
can have every product on hand available for shipment. Please be
patient if we inform you that your part is backordered or is being
ordered.
Shipping:
-Shipping and Handling Prices are for Continental United States,
please Contact Us for International, Alaska, and Hawaii shipment.
-As of now our shopping cart system does not allow us to
accurately calculate shipping prices on orders of more than one
product. So shipping might seem high. If what we charge you shipping
and handling is more than what we pay for shipping and handling we
will refund you the difference in form of Store Policy, no questions asked. Please
acknowledge, this account for shipping and handling, not just
shipping.
Refused Shipment:
-Any refused shipments sent back to
RevLine Customs does not guarantee a credit or refund. It is the
customer's responsibility to make arrangements with RevLine Customs
for any refused shipment. Shipping will not be returned on any
refused shipment unless arrangements are made beforehand. A 30%
restocking fee will be charged to all refused shipments.
Shipping Errors:
-In the event that there is an error
in shipping and you receive incorrect items, you must contact us
within 48 hours of receiving the order. After arrangements have been
made the incorrect items must be in original packaging with all
original paperwork. Once received and inspected, the correct items
will be sent out at no additional charge.
Shipping Damage:
-RevLine Customs is not responsible
for any damage caused by shipping. Please inspect all packages
before signing for them, and make any damage claim with the shipper.
If damage has occurred mark it on delivery bill and have driver sign
it for verification. Keep all boxes and original packaging for
inspections by carrier.

Prices:
-Prices are subject to change without notice, and do not
include shipping and handling charges. Sales tax will be
charged to all Florida and California customers.

-All products specifications are true at the time of
publication, and may change without prior notice.

Installation of
Products:
-RevLine Customs recommends all products, electrical or mechanical,
be installed by a qualified and/or licensed professional. Incorrect
installation is unsafe and will void and manufacturer warranty.
Legality of Products:
-Some products we carry are unsafe for the street and our "Off Road"
or "Show use" only. RevLine Customs does not guarantee that any
product you purchase is street-legal in your state. Please check
state law before ordering any product. RevLine Customs is not
responsible for any cost from damage or legal cost due to the misuse
of any product.
Body Modifications:
-All body modifications are sold in "as is" condition. Some body
kits require modification for fitment. RevLine Customs recommends
all body components be installed by a professional. Carbon fiber
hoods and trunk lids are lightweight and may fly open during driving
if not properly installed. We recommend the use of hood pins in
addiction to latch build into the product. RevLine Customs is not
responsible for any damage incurred by any body component.
Cancellations:
- Any cancellation after 24 hours will be charged a 10% cancellation
fee. Any body component is subject up to a 25%
cancellation/restocking fee. No cancellations on special order
parts. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Return Policy:
-Returns will only be allowed 14 days from the date of receipt of
order with no exceptions. All return must have a "Return
Authorization Number", any return without this number will not be
accepted. All authorized returns must be unused and in its original
packaging and in resalable condition. All returns must have R.A.
number on outside of package, and products inside must be marked
with it as well. All returns must be made to RevLine Customs within
7 days of receipt of Return Authorization number. Returns with R.A.
number are not guaranteed for credit or replacement, but only that
the merchandise will be inspected. Original shipping charges will
not be refunded. RevLine Customs must receive the R.A. Number from
the manufacturer or distributor of the product before and action can
be taken. A photocopy of the original invoice, a written explanation
on why the item(s) are being returned, and a contact phone number
must all accompany your return. It is the customer/installer
responsibility to verify correct size and application of any part
before installation. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all
authorized returns. No cancellations or exchanges on special order
or custom made products after the order has been placed. You will be
notified within 24 hours of placing your order, to let you know if
it is a special order part. It is the customers responsibility to
repack any and all item(s) being returned in the original packaging.
Also making sure that it is securely and properly packed with
sufficient packaging material to prevent item from being damaged
during return shipment. RevLine Customs will not give any refund or
exchange on any returned package damaged due to insufficient
packaging. Any and all hardware and accessories need to be included
in the return or the customer will be charged for them. All return
shipment are recommended to be insured (in case of loss or damage)
and need to get a tracking number. If product is damaged or lost on
return of a noninsured package RevLine Customs will not issue a
refund, store credit, or exchange. No refunds on returned order,
only exchange or store credit (after product inspection). If no
Return Authorization Number on package, package will be refused and
sent back to sender and sender's own expense.
